Turn AI access into everyday workflow adoption
The challenge facing most organizations adopting AI isn’t access to tools like Copilot and ChatGPT. It’s helping employees translate their use into practical workflows they can trust and will want to use every day.
AI Enablement and Adoption is about that end state. I help people leaders and teams change how work gets done by turning AI from a tool into part of their everyday workflows.
The examples below showcase work products to illustrate how I design and run that engine: practical use cases, hands-on workshops, self-service learning assets, coaching environments, and reinforcement systems that help employees actually adopt new tools.
Mel Aclaro
This interactive concept demonstrates a practical tool that can be implemented for your team following an AI fundamentals course, coaching session, or workshop. Its purpose is to help employees move from understanding AI concepts to confidently using tools like Copilot or ChatGPT more effectively in their day-to-day work.
Employees can test prompts and receive immediate feedback based on a structured prompt framework, e.g., RGA-CC-EF: elements that include the AI’s role, the goal of the request, the intended audience, relevant context, constraints, examples, and desired output format. The exercise uses a weighted rubric to guide users toward clearer, more effective prompts.
This concept is fully active (try it!). It uses a Zapier chatbot layer connected to a ChatGPT API for demonstration purposes, but the same concept can be applied to Copilot-based workflows and other enterprise AI environments.
Because the tool runs through a lightweight chat interface, it can easily be embedded into environments employees already use — including learning management systems (LMS), SharePoint pages, Slack or Teams channels, or internal knowledge hubs.

Learning, Leadership, Adoption
My approach to AI Learning, Readiness, and Adoption includes AI Enablement, Post-Training Support, and organizational change management (based on the Prosci/ADKAR change methodology). Visit the whiteboard and explainer videos to learn more.

This example shows another post-training support job aid that shows how AI can be used in realistic practice scenarios to reinforce new skills after most training sessions.
The example here focuses on helping employees and leaders practice emotionally intelligent conversations. We can modify it for any adoption program to support many workplace scenarios that benefit from guided practice.
Examples include:
navigating difficult conversations with colleagues or stakeholders
coaching AI Champions (early adopters) and managers on how to introduce Copilot or ChatGPT use cases to their teams and answer common adoption questions
helping managers and functional leaders practice conversations about responsible AI use, productivity expectations, and how AI fits into their team’s workflows
This concept is fully active (try it!). It uses a Zapier chatbot layer connected to a ChatGPT API for demonstration purposes, but the same concept can be implemented within enterprise AI environments, including Copilot-based workflows.
Like the prompt sandbox above, tools like this can be embedded directly into environments employees already use — including SharePoint pages, internal knowledge portals, learning platforms, or collaboration tools like Teams or Slack.

AI Adoption Framework
I originally drafted this AI Adoption Framework while leading learning and enablement initiatives at a global SaaS organization with more than 15,000 employees. It reflects how I approach turning leadership priorities into practical, repeatable behaviors across teams.
Meanwhile the link below (click the image!) demonstrates an example change/adoption dashboard based on the Prosci change adoption methodology. Tools like this can help leadership teams visualize adoption progress, identify barriers, and track reinforcement activities across the organization.
Frameworks and dashboards like these can help the adoption team align training, workshops, office hours, and champions efforts with the organization’s broader adoption goals.

This framework shows how AI capabilities can scale from the AI platform to workflow adoption across the enterprise.
Effective AI adoption doesn’t start with training. It starts with changing how teams approach their work, and giving leaders the tools to guide their teams through that change.
