AI Field Assistant Concept:
Concrete Placement Performance Support GPT

Developed using a custom GPT in ChatGPT. This prototype developed for an international construction company showcases an AI-enabled performance support tool. (For purposes of this demo, references to the company have been rendered generic in the GPT knowledge as “XYZ Construction Company”.)

Designed specifically for Field Project Engineers working on concrete placement projects, the tool reinforces field-ready knowledge following a blended learning course on self-perform concrete work.

While initially scoped for a single training program, the prototype demonstrated a scalable concept that could be expanded to support a broader range of topics and user groups (e.g., Safety, QA, HR, L&D, etc.).
