Developed using a custom GPT in ChatGPT. This prototype developed for an international construction company showcases an AI-enabled performance support tool. Demo 1 (left) shows a simple use case using both text and voice. Demo 2 (right) shows a more complex use case for issue guidance.

Designed specifically for Field Project Engineers working on concrete placement projects, the tool reinforces field-ready knowledge following a blended learning course on self-perform concrete work.

While initially scoped for a single training program, the prototype demonstrated a scalable concept that could be expanded to support a broader range of topics and user groups (e.g., Safety, QA, HR, L&D, etc.).
