Sometimes a narrow focus on alignment can become a vehicle for unquestioned assumptions and a drag on progress.

If we’re still measuring success by courses developed, butts in the seat, and boxes checked, instead of how capabilities emerge and evolve… then maybe we’re still preparing for the last war while the landscape has shifted.

I can’t entirely disagree; I get where it’s coming from, but…

I saw a post recently where someone seemed genuinely offended about a hiring manager (in another post) boasting about a question they ask all their candidates. “…what are your five favorite daily ChatGPT prompts?”
Missed opportunity?
Learning and Development: It’s not just about the cognitive domain.
Most people know Bloom’s taxonomy as a ladder of cognitive skills: Remembering, Understanding, and so on.
But what doesn’t often come up is that Bloom’s research didn’t stop there.
If your team isn’t asking ‘why’ at least once a day, you might have a curiosity problem.
Curiosity. It’s cultural. And when we get it right, learning becomes second nature.
I’ll say it: Generative AI isn’t some mystical, complex differentiator…
Generative AI isn’t some mystical differentiate.
What’s more interesting for me these days is how LXDs are embedding AI into learning experiences in ways that go beyond productivity hacks.
